Product & Process Advisory

I map how work moves.

Then I fix where it stalls.

15+ years across product and technical teams at IBM, VMware, Glassdoor, and more. I help growing teams find the exact point where things break down, and get them moving again, whether that's an established process or a team just getting started.

Background

For over 15+ years I've led complex, cross-functional technical projects at IBM, VMware, and Glassdoor. I have led early discovery through execution across both B2B and B2C. I've taken new products to market, led initiatives that touched multiple teams, and re-architected core platforms.

What I bring is the ability to walk into a system,  understand how it works, and find the smallest set of changes that unlock  movement. That same instinct is what a small team needs most in its early days: someone who can see the whole system before it calcifies, and shape it before complexity builds up.

How I Help

For early-stage teams

Starting Right

You're building for the first time and ramping up a team, often distributed. I bring the same discovery and structuring approach in early, so the complexity that trips up growing teams doesn't get the chance to build up.

For established teams

Getting Unstuck

Something that used to work has stopped scaling: a handoff between teams, a support queue, a process no one owns. I map the current flow, find where it actually breaks, and fix it with the smallest change that works.

Building Out a Product Team

Brought in to help a media and entertainment hiring platform vet and hire for its product team, evaluating candidates against the specific needs of a fast-moving, gig-economy-facing product.

Kōkūn

Zero-to-One Product Build

Worked hands-on with an early-stage nonprofit founder to take a product helping people navigate chronic conditions from idea to a cohesive, shippable releases.

VMware

Internal Tool to Market

Took an internal learning tool from concept to market, owning the product end to end and turning an internal-only resource into a shippable product.

Glassdoor

AI Enablement

Co-led an AI enablement workstream to speed up the product development lifecycle, bringing AI tooling directly into how the team plans and ships.

IBM

Program Management, Medicare & FDIC

Worked in IBM's program management office on federal engagements, orchestrating release cycles and cross-program dependencies across large, regulated systems, ensuring complex, multi-team work is moving.

Glassdoor · Indeed

Working Across Mergers

Mapped a broken cross-team flow spanning a company merger, identified the exact bottleneck, and implemented process and product fixes, including clearer customer messaging, that measurably cut support cases.

In Their Words

“The biggest value for me has been that you have been a thought partner as well as an execution partner at a very critical stage, which is going from vision to execution.”
— Sangita, Founder, Kōkūn
